If we are Christians...we are to follow the Master...Who holds the 'master-plan'... for our lives! Although this message of HOPE was given to Israel in Babylonian captivity, we can claim this promise of God today, as we lay down our self-righteousness and rationalism and simply decide to follow JESUS ...'whatever the weather' !!! ' If God is for us ...who can be against us?' [Romans 8:31]
Lets remember that The Lord only allows adversity in order to take us further along the path of conformity to Christ...'All things work together for good to those who are in Christ Jesus' [Romans 8:28] We SHALL see HIm as he Is !!!
One of the Key principles to reciving this Blessing from The Lord Is to cultivate the practice of WAITING on God. In this Instant age in which we live there is no time to 'Be Still and know that I AM God'....[Ps46:10] ..or so it would appear !!! The secret Is to MAKE TIME !!!
We can turn off all the other distractions...phone / internet / t.v. / ipod / mp3 / etc. / etc. /........and give our FULL ATTENTION to The Lord, THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS IS Worthy of our full attention and ONLY when we have done this, can we enter into the worship that HE DESERVES and requires.
One with GOD is a majority !!!....but one without GOD is a major calamity !...
Let's focus anew this month..this year...on that which provides ETERNAL BENEFITS....
